What you share

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, project details, and any photos you choose to upload. Share only information relevant to your roofing project. Avoid including people, identification documents, or other sensitive information in photos.

How we use it

Right Now Roofing uses your information to review your request, discuss your property, prepare estimates, and manage related project communications. Submitting a request authorizes a response about that request. It does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Our project workspace

Requests are stored in our company workspace in InvoiceArc Construction, using Supabase for storage and processing. Authorized team members can review the request and attached photos. The workspace may use OpenAI to assist with preliminary project summaries or estimate drafts. Staff review is required before a final scope or price is agreed. We do not sell your personal information.

Website use

The site serves fonts and images from its hosting infrastructure. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and request logs to deliver the site and prevent misuse. This site does not include advertising trackers or a marketing mailing-list signup.

Access, corrections, and deletion

To ask about information you previously submitted, use the estimate form and describe your privacy request in the project details. Include enough information to identify your original request. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing records. Records may be retained where needed for project administration and legal obligations.

Keeping your information safe

We limit access to the company workspace, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send payment card details or passwords through the form.
