A few things worth knowing.
Repair or replace—where do I start?
Start with what you can see: an interior stain, displaced tiles, worn shingles, or a recurring leak. A repair may address a localized issue; broader deterioration may call for replacement. The roof covering, underlayment, flashing, and drainage all need consideration before a recommendation or final price.
What should I include in my estimate request?
Include the property address, roof type if known, approximate age, what you’re noticing, and when the issue started. Ground-level photos and pictures of interior stains are useful. You don’t need exact measurements to start. Please stay off the roof when taking photos.
Can I request an estimate for a monsoon leak?
Yes. Describe where the water appears and whether the leak is active, then add photos if you can do so safely. Sending a request does not book an emergency visit; the team will review availability and next steps. Keep clear of wet electrical fixtures and avoid climbing onto the roof.
